No refunds
All Standard payments are final and non-refundable. FormAlert does not issue full, partial, prorated, or unused-time refunds.
Subscriptions
Canceling a subscription prevents future renewal. Your paid plan remains active until the end of the current billing period.
Cancellation support
Contact Support with your payment email and order identifier if you need help canceling your subscription. Do not include your Slack Webhook URL or form response data.
